  • What is a Strategy Session?
    A strategy session is a meeting where we work together to decide what needs to be posted that month. We will discuss ideas and content that will be posted that month. We will work together to make a content calendar where we plan what content is posted when. Strategy sessions work best at the beginning or end of the month. That way I can curate the following month’s content ahead of time.
  • What is an analytical report?
    An analytical report is the data I receive from the social media platforms on how the profile is performing. This includes; how many accounts were reached, how many accounts engaged in the content, and how many followers were gained. I also include data from how a specific post performs that month. This way you can really see how much of a difference your consistent posting is doing to gain future clients.
  • Why social media marketing?
    Social media marketing is one of the smartest ways to advertise yourself/brand. Around seven-in-ten Americans use social media, according to Pew Research Center. That is about 270 million people just in the US!! That’s insane. Social media allows you to connect and engage potential customers where they are. Creating easy and comfortable connections in seconds.
  • How do you know what to say in captions, responses to comments and direct messages, stories, etc.?
    When I meet with my clients I analyze and really get to know who they are as a person. I like to learn their lingo, hear their values, and really focus on what they want others to see. With my background in customer service and sales I know what to say to keep a customer happy. I keep things simple yet effective.
  • What if I want to approve of something before it is posted?
    I will never post anything that is not approved by you first. I will plan out a month’s worth of content the month before. Therefore leaving plenty of time to go over and look at all the planned posts. If something needs to be edited or changed I can do so before it is posted.
  • What is the startup fee for?
    The startup fee covers the first meeting, where we go over packages and any questions or concerns. Once my client is on board the fee covers the curation of the social media profiles selected to be used. I will help choose profile pictures, biography’s, usernames, etc. Even if the social media profile already exists I like to give it a makeover.
